Married to Medicine’s Dr. Simone to Divorce husband Cecil After 21 Years “I do not feel loved.”
There’s no secret that Dr. Simone & her husband were dealing with marriage issues during this season of Married to Medicine. I must add that this is one of the best seasons so far because it gave us a peek inside real marriages. She and Cecil tried counseling and other things to help them get along, but according to BravoTV, she said: “I have reached a place where I am in a marriage where I do not feel loved.” Dr. Simone shared.” She often shared these words on the show, and now she seems to be putting weight behind it.
In an exclusive interview with People magazine, Dr. Simone shares that things kind of fell apart after their oldest son went off to college.

Simone revealed the news to her Married to Medicine co-stars Thursday in New York while filming the season 5 reunion, which airs on Bravo this March.
Prior to the taping, she told PEOPLE that she had decided to end their relationship, filing for divorce in October 2017. She said she plans to have paperwork finalized when she returns to Atlanta.

Dr. Simone says they were sometimes having disagreements over basic things. I remember when my best friend shared with me that it didn’t make sense for them to have two separate houses but now everything is coming full circle. This has probably been a couple of years in the making.
